Position Overview & Specifications
We are the UK’s largest merchandise concession!
National Merchandise manage the merchandise operation for some of the biggest venues in the UK including arenas in London, Nottingham, Belfast, Liverpool and Glasgow.
We are currently looking for Merchandise Assistants to join our team based at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.
Playing host to some of the world’s biggest acts such as Sam Smith, Kevin Hart, Post Malone and Elton John; we are looking for outgoing people to join the existing team to work with the Merchandise Manager & Supervisors to provide top-quality customer service to all of our customers.
Responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed to attract maximum sales, you will also be comfortable with handling cash & card transactions.
Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail role would be beneficial, along with the ability to calculate totals using mental maths.
As this role is based around events, the ability to be able to work weekends as well as evenings due to the event schedule is a must.
