Concert Retail Merchandise Assistants

We are the UK’s largest merchandise concession!

National Merchandise manage the merchandise operation for some of the biggest venues in the UK including arenas in London, Nottingham, Belfast, Liverpool and Glasgow.

We are currently looking for Merchandise Assistants to join our team based at the SSE Arena Belfast.

Playing host to some of the world’s biggest acts such as Blink-182, Busted, Peter Kay and Michael McIntyre; we are looking for outgoing people to join the existing team to work with the Merchandise Manager & Supervisors to provide top-quality customer service to all of our customers.

Responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is displayed to attract maximum sales, you will also be comfortable with handling cash & card transactions.

Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail role would be beneficial, along with the ability to calculate totals using mental maths.

As this role is based around events, the ability to be able to work weekends as well as evenings due to the event schedule is a must.

Opportunities to work with our Dublin and festival teams across Ireland throughout the year. Some of these upcoming events are:

• Bruce Springsteen at the RDS Arena on the 5th, 7th and 9th of May.
• Harry Styles at Slane Castle on the 10th June

Travel will be provided from Belfast to the events above.
