We are a new independent Restaurant and Bar on New York Street, Manchester, serving interesting and unique Pan Asian and Vietnamese cuisine along with a rich assortment of delicious cocktails.

We are now recruiting for Chefs, looking to develop your career in a modern, vibrant & upbeat environment.

Chef, Manchester – Benefits:

Company Overview:

This is an exciting and unique venture offering modern Vietnamese/Oriental fusion street food cuisine, with nothing currently out there offering anything similar. The business has ambitious plans to expand further, with new sites, within Manchester initially, but throughout the UK ultimately!!

Requirements for this Chef role in Manchester are:

• Work within brigade efficiently
• Opportunity for progression!
• Learn quickly and develop your skills
• Monitor wastage and stock control under guidance of Senior Chefs
• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section and expand to other sections i.e. grill.
• Ensuring plating, presentation are on point for every dish in the restaurants repertoire
• Excitement to work with fresh ingredients and gain a great knowledge of recipes and products once fully trained
• Ensure service runs efficiently with time management in an organised and prepared fashion

Experience/Skills for this Chef role in Manchester:

• Experience in Vietnamese, Oriental or Asian cuisine is preferred but not essential
• Time and organisational management skills
• Qualifications are not essential, but experience in this type of cuisine is useful
• Energy, passion, excellent communication and motivational skills in order to work well with your team
