Front of House

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House candidate to join our team!

The role.

Our Front of House Team are responsible for delivering the exceptional Nǎm Sông experience to all our customers. We're all about creating an atmosphere that is as bright and colourful as our beautiful lanterns so we're on the luck out for chatty and sociable individuals to join our team.

In your role as Front of House you will be meeting our standards in delivering fantastic service to our valued customers during busy periods. We are looking for a team member who enjoys working in hospitality and gets satisfaction from providing a memorable experience. We're looking for people with:

· The ability to remain calm and thrive during busy periods in order to maintain a high quality of service

Your general duties will include but are not limited to: meeting and greeting customers, taking customer orders, running food and drink, maintaining site cleanliness, working together as a team, delivering the Nǎm Sông experience and upholding company values.

Rate of Pay NMW + service charge shares equating to £1.20 - £2 per hour on top of your hourly rate

Experience experience working in a hospitality environment is strongly desirable, but extensive experience is not required. Overall attitude and adaptability is our main focus.

Hours We are looking for two/three part time Team Members to join us. A range of 10 - 15 and 15-25 hours a week is available. You must be available to work from April onwards, with availability over Summer.

Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
