Position Overview & Specifications
N&A Logistics are looking for an additional Warehouse Administrator to join our warehouse in Derby
The Role:
Customer Service
Answering and making phone calls
Replying to emails
Replying to messages on a pallet Network platform
Preparing small orders in the warehouse
Responding to despatch orders
Responsibilities:
· Dispatching orders ready shipment using our in-house systems
· Follow company guidelines regarding order dispatching with high attention to detail
· Performing dispatch operations in accordance with time, quality and quantity targets
· Preparing courier labels using shipping software
· Quality control of processed stock / picked items, ensuring it meets company standards for customer satisfaction
· Use of bespoke internal database to aid in product accuracy checks
· Maintain a clean work area
Required Skills:
Good communication skills over the phone
Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload, and multitasking
· Ability to use PC skills fast and efficiently (fast typist)
· Adaptability to changing daily tasks
· Professional demeanour with customers and suppliers
· Previous warehousing and order dispatch experience
· Hard working, proactive and independent
· Organised, responsible and trustworthy
· Able to handle a heavy workload
· Have a sense of responsibility to the business and colleagues
· Ambitious for yourself and your team
· Interested in the way our business works with creative plans on how to improve it
· Open-minded and eager to learn, and keen to share your own experience for the benefit of others
