We are looking for a passionate and skilled tutor to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and some weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one music instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
• Create individualized lesson plans to help students develop their skills and achieve their musical goals
• Teach students proper technique, music theory, and performance skills
• Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve and stay motivated
• Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency on both the piano and guitar.
• Passion for teaching and a desire to help students achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working grade 5 theory knowledge is attractive, but not essential
• Experience teaching music is preferred, but not required
• Additional instrument such as guitar is preferred but not required

Salary: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
