Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fitness and retail? Muscle Flo is a leading retailer of health and fitness products, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Shop Manager to join our team in Manchester and help us take our business to the next level. As Shop Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our store's operations, from sales and customer service to inventory management and staff development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Passion for fitness and an understanding of the sports nutrition industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering.
