Position Overview & Specifications

Multitrades Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Soft Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all non-technical aspects of our facility, including cleaning, catering, security, and reception services.

Must be flexible between the hours 7 am-7 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all soft services, including cleaning, catering, security, and reception.
Ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the soft services team.
Monitor and control budgets for all soft services, including the preparation of reports and financial forecasts.
Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the soft services team and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the services we offer.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, managing and overseeing soft services in a commercial or corporate environment.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong financial management skills and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Health and Safety qualification is a plus.
