Position Overview & Specifications

Multitrades Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing our service desk activities. This role requires someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Title: Service Desk Advisor
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: £13.03
Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming service desk calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Log all service desk calls and incidents accurately in Maximo or similar application.
Prioritize and assign service desk calls to appropriate teams or individuals.
Escalate service desk calls that require further attention.
Ensure all service desk calls are resolved within agreed timeframes.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service desk calls.
Liaise with other teams to resolve service desk issues.
Maintain accurate records of all service desk activities.
Provide support to the wider facilities management team as required.

Requirements:

Previous Service Desk Experience would be beneficial.
Understanding of FM business or the willingness to learn.
Able to pass a CTC.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
