Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking to hire a fully qualified experienced professional motor mechanic (not in the learning phase) able to fix diesel and petrol cars. Able to do the following jobs:

Assist Head mechanic to detect and diagnose faults in engines and other parts
Test and adjust mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance, diagnose and test parts with the assistance of computers
Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups
Reassemble engines and parts after being repaired, Test and Adjust for proper performance, diagnose and test parts with the assistance of computers
MOT testing
Replacing batteries, starters, and lights
Updates maintenance and repair logs for vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Must have own tools
