Position Overview & Specifications

A fantastic opportunity within a caring organisation. You will be responsible for the management and production of content for the website, social media channels and other marketing materials.

Main duties will include:

Administer Websites & Publish Content.
Monitor & Optimise Marketing Campaigns.
Social media management - Generating engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media channels, responding to comments and continuing to grow audience reach and engagement.
Website Management - Producing and uploading content to the website, SEO management, updating existing content in line with trends and business updates.
Analyse content performance (in social media, website, mailings and other platforms) and make recommendations on how to improve engagement using tools such as Google analytics.
Produce content for and analyse marketing campaigns performance and making recommendations on how to improve results.
Producing marketing materials such as graphics, one pagers, brochures, emails and other digital assets in-line with briefs.
Working with Scheme staff to actively enhance their understanding of the Scheme’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and marketing strategy.
Working closely with the rest of the team to deliver efficient communications solutions and projects.

Essential Skills and Experience

Excellent relationship building skills. Able to react quickly and efficiently to internal and customer issues and provide workable solutions.
Proactive approach.
First class project/campaign management skills and experienced in handling multiple projects.
Able to work on collaborative projects across the team and other departments.
Knowledge of digital trends and marketing processes in order to support the team.
Analytical, logical, strong numerical skills.
