In our Union City branch, Monarch is looking for a qualified:

Parts Back Counter Associate

Medium Duty Commercial Truck Center looking for an organized and professional person to assist back counter duties in our Parts Department. The Back Counter Associate helps fulfill all parts requests generated by the technicians in the dealership Service Department. Associate will also have the opportunity to sell parts over the front counter and earn commission.

Position responsibilities include:

• Receive and process technician parts requests
• Help manage, stock, and organize parts inventory
• Assist processing vendor and warranty returns
• Source non-OEM parts from various 3rd-party vendors
• Learn and become proficient on dealership software

Ideal candidate will possess following characteristics:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge
• Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions
• High level of professionalism
• Outgoing friendly personality

Requires valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Require authorization to pull DMV and submit to our insurer. Drug screen required.

Starting pay may be negotiable based upon relevant experience and skills.
