Care Assistant

Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team at Clifton Manor Nursing and Clifton Manor Residential Home.

Rate of pay and hours: We offer a rate of pay above national minimum wage including increments for NVQ 2 and 3. Hours are available on Days or Nights, and you would be required to work on a rota basis, including some weekends and bank holidays.

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:

As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living. We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.
