Monaghans provide dynamic multi-disciplinary building consultancy services delivering quality professional expertise and advice to clients across a diverse range of business sectors throughout the UK and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and earn a full-time salary whilst studying for a fully funded part-time BSc (Honours) Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship.

The position will initially involve a broad range of trainee duties aimed at supporting the wider team and developing professional quantity surveying skills. Requirements:
Applicants should be reliable and professional with a commitment to pursuing a career in the construction industry. At this early stage, existing construction industry experience is not essential.
- 112 UCAS points from A Levels, AS Levels or;
- BTEC National Qualifications
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
