Senior Baker

Are you a confident bread baker and/or pastry chef looking for a more senior position, enhancing your skills further, whilst the paperwork is all taken care of?

We are very excited to announce that we are looking for a confident Senior Baker, who will be located in our bakery in the heart of Bristol centre. The Senior Baker will run the day to day operation of the bakery. This position will suit someone who has experienced working in similar high quality bakeries and has developed their skill set accordingly and looking to train and inspire other bakers.

At Mokoko, our products speak for themselves and all great products have fabulous ingredients and people at the root of them. All our bread is naturally leavened the traditional way, just as it should be, made and shaped by hand just like all our pastries and cakes. Made with attention and care, we love to put the beauty back into the classics!
