POSITION
JOB MISSION
To support the implementation of the Talent Management and Development strategy for MH EMEA region which covers a population of around 1,150 internal talents in 101 countries.
An opportunity to support on HR organisational development topics including succession mapping and career journeys, learning & development, internal engagement, diversity & inclusion, employer branding and recruitment. To work at regional level, part of the global Moët Hennessy organisation and the LVMH Group.
ROLE
- Support the Organisation Management Review process including the creation of a visual and engaging presentation, coordination of market information, data consolidation and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) analysis.
- Monitor Talent Management KPIs and create communication updates on priorities and themes from data analysis, in collaboration with the HRIS Data Analyst.
- Support the coordination of EMEA HR Development committee and related activities including maintenance of mobility and open positions tracker and sharepoint.
- Support with the preparation of Talent Profile documents for MH mobility committee meetings.
- Support the organisation and coordination of region talent management projects and initiatives (career journeys, employer branding, onboarding, Students & early careers, internal engagement…)
- Organisation of training programmes for the region: support arrangements with external facilitators, invitations, participant preparation documents, logistics (in person or virtual), feedback and follow up work.
- Manage the reporting of Training activities.
- Support the recruitment for Europe HQ Internships – job posting, screening CVs, pipelining, LinkedIn activities, in collaboration with the HRBP.
- Ad hoc administration.

- Work experience in hospitality/retail industry ideal
- Interest in HR and people development
- Excellent communication skills

- Interest in the luxury/hospitality & retail industry
Languages
Fluent English. Other languages a plus.
