Moduloft Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Production Manager in our Brompton– on-Swale site.

The Opportunity

This role will be critical in ensuring Moduloft processes and procedures are set up within the site, ensuring compliance and best practice are implemented and maintained.
Whilst managing the day-to-day operations of an established modular manufacturing line providing bespoke modular housing solutions. we are offering an excellent, long- term opportunity for the right person.

Reporting directly into the Senior Management and board, the successful candidate will take over the overall running of and all aspects of the production process. This includes production planning, product innovation, supply chain, operations, health and safety and compliance. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment and be instrumental in contributing to the wider group business.

The Person

• Appropriate qualifications, desirable but not essential as training will be given

SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCS.

• Have proven experience of leading and driving a team and manufacturing process.
• Be able to optimise operational performance.
• Work pro-actively alone as well as with the wider Moduloft business.
• Have a thorough understanding of supply chain practices.
• Have an ambitious, forward thinking, and resilient attitude.
• You will have great communication skills and ability to problem solve.

Reporting to senior management and the Board, the right person will have a real belief in their own ability and will drive the business forward on all fronts.
