Are you an eager and proactive tech-minded person with experience in customer service? If so this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Working from modern offices, providing remote support with the opportunity to get desk-side with users, you will have an exciting and varied working week supporting a wide range of the latest technology solutions.

THE ROLE

To provide office-based 1st line telephone and remote access support for a wide range of I.T. issues.

To provide professional on-site support to and installations for a wide range of clients. To complete all electronic and manual knowledge base records as required.

Provide end-user training where required.

Requirements:
Good diagnostic skills

Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner

Experience of ticketed remote support environments

Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7)

The role sits within a recently established, in-house, support team and presents an opportunity for an experienced and qualified engineer who is looking to join a stable and expanding organisation.
