Milk & More has a unique business model, which meets the needs of consumers by delivering through the night in time for breakfast. It delivers British milk (in its iconic 1 pint glass reusable bottles) and artisan groceries to the doorsteps of nearly 350,000 households. We make 1 million deliveries each week via one of the UK’s largest fleet of electric vehicles. Milk & More’s range is ideal for people who are looking commit to a pointless-plastic-free future, with 97% of all product packaging fitting into the circular economy, meaning it's fully reusable, recyclable or compostable.

We are looking for people who can play their part in this by joining our team to become a Home Delivery Driver and be part of this sustainable business, delivering quality goods and products, all while helping the environment.

Furthermore, Milk & More is making sure the great British tradition of milk delivery is here for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities:

5 Nights per week (typically 11pm – 7am) – Monday – Friday 40 hours per week/ Finish
Bulk delivery of milk and dairy products to commercial and retail premises
All deliveries to be made within the designated time slot
All deliveries are expected to be made in a timely manner and logged appropriately on the ERB (Electronic Rounds Book)
The role involves loading and unloading the vehicle and liaison with Centre Operative to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
Ensure that all communications with customers are undertaken in a highly professional and competent manner
To ensure, at all times, that service levels are maintained in line with customer service standards. Milk & More strives to Deliver its Customer Promise to all its customers
The role involves loading and unloading your delivery vehicle
Responsible for ordering products as necessary to meet customer requirements
You will be an ambassador for Milk & More delivery function
To undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Operations Manager

Flexibility required when working during non-term times

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

No experience required as all training will be provided
Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence appropriate to the vehicle type (B, C or Class 2)
Maximum 6 points on driving licence accepted
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills – you will be instrumental behind a Milk & More delivery which takes place over night
Must be comfortable working alone and able to work nights
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
