Plumber

We are looking to recruit a fully qualified Plumber to join our growing maintenance team! This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a role within a busy and exciting local business.

You will specialise in day-to-day plumbing maintenance for rental & student properties in the Lancaster & Morecambe areas.

As well as day to day repairs and maintenance we also undertake boiler fitting & repairs and full property refurbishment projects.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has plumbing experience and has relevant qualifications, including being registered Gas Safe.

What will you bring as a Plumber?

· Motivated in your approach to work

· Have great customer service skills

· Have good time management and organisational skills

· Be great at communicating with the whole team

· Be flexible for occasional emergency callouts

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is

· Registered with domestic Gas Safe

· Registered with commercial Gas Safe

The role will be working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm with 30 min lunch (flexible working can be discussed at interview). This role is currently based around Lancaster and Morecambe areas. The office location is in Bowerham, Lancaster.

You will need to have a full UK driving license for this role.

* Salary – Starting between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
