We’re recruiting a Bank F&B Assistant to join our

friendly and professional hospitality team

responsible for providing a first class 5-star
service across our Orangery café, Farm shop and
Restaurant, whilst also supporting our catering
and care services with all events, meetings and

host duties

In summary our Bank Food & Beverage Assistants:
Assist with opening and closing of all
hospitality areas - clearing down and
preparing for the next shift
Take payment for purchases in the
Orangery/shop/bar – operating the till and
PDQ machine

Prepare hot & cold drinks – including use and
cleaning of a Barista Coffee Machine
Liaise regularly with the kitchen team to
ensure the menu is up to date in order to
recommend daily specials
Ensure any special requests and dietary
requirements are sensitively handled and
communicated to the Kitchen team clearly
Support all care services with hosting duties
as and when required, providing a food
service and delivery of room service meals and
grocery orders
Support all events at Middleton Hall
