Salary: £10,050 per annum (actual salary)

Contract: NSG Business Support, Part Time, 18.5 hours

Hours: 18.5 per week

Annual Leave: 30 per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Pension: NEST Pension Scheme

About the role

Be part of a fantastic team who put students at the heart of everything they do. Middlesbrough College has an exciting permanent role which will provide the suitable candidate with the opportunity to work with young people and support them with financial assistant and relevant signposting during their education.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified to minimum NVQ Level 2 or above in an appropriate area i.e., Business Administration, Customer Service
• Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Experience of dealing with a wide range of people.
• Experience in working with in a busy office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential issues.
• Ability to input and collate data.
