What You’ll Do:

Deliver an excellent customer experience
Provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures and directives from management team
Able to work as a leader, to drive and motivate and develop people
Execute effective day to day business and operations processes

Demonstrate flexibility and desire for creating a collaborative and supportive work environment

Foster customer relationships through innovative thinking, building of client books and delivering a meaningful experience
Utilize all available tools and technology

You’ll Need to Have:

Relevant sales experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking
