Music Touring Administration Assistant

mgr Touring is a specialist team of tax advisers handling withholding tax and related issues by international musicians and bands who are performing in countries in which they are not themselves tax-resident.

Due to a growing workload, we are now expanding the team to support the ever-increasing list of clients. The role is key to the operation of the department, playing an important part in maintaining and developing our systems to help streamline our handling of tours.

Our team is currently 4 people – 1 in our London office and 3 overseas. This role is London based and will initially be 5 days a week in the office, but we offer hybrid working arrangements once your training is complete.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have an interest in the live music scene. You need to be well organised and able to plan your work to meet what is a very deadline driven industry. Good communication is essential as you will be working with clients and colleagues across different territories. IT literacy also is paramount as you will be using different systems and setting up efficient ways of working.

Initial responsibilities

Administration support for other team members

Support in work planning

Helping with billing procedure

Assistance in Marketing and Networking

Bookkeeping

We will provide full on the job training which would lead to you progressing and managing touring taxes for UK and European/worldwide tours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
