Requirements of our Administrator role:
- Good phone manner with strong documentation, administrative and computer skills.
- Confident building and maintaining rapport between the business, team members and key clients.
- Office based in Thame.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience of administration within construction, arboriculture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities of our Administrator role:
- You will support the business by producing key documents for clients, develop performance reports, record keeping and other essential administrative duties.
- You will assist with managing the operational workload, ensuring there is adequate capacity for the business to operationally meet clients’ needs.
- You will work to specific schedules and timescales with great attention to detail.
