As our Hotel Operations Manager you will…

• Ensure the smooth running of the hotel and all it’s departments
• Undertake Duty Manager shifts to support the team
• Support HODs to develop their teams
• Ensure a culture of team engagement

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,

· Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality

· Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
