Hours needing cover:

Saturday 8am - 5pm

Sunday 9m - 4pm

Weekend Receptionist required for our busy dealership of Hemel Hempstead.

This role is for Saturday (8.00am-5pm) and Sunday (10am-4pm) with a requirement for flexibility to cover for other days if possible.

This fantastic opportunity will suit a candidate with customer facing reception experience who has an outgoing personality and is a real ‘people person’. The ability to multitask in this busy environment is very important. The general day-to-day duties will consist of:

Welcoming customers into the dealership and directing them to the correct department for their visit

Handling the main telephone switchboard

Assisting with light admin duties

Managing waiting customers and the waiting/coffee area.

Candidate requirements:

• Reception experience
• IT competency
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Must be able to organise and prioritise work loads
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary: £10.00 per hour
