Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance

Menzies Distribution are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative who holds a Counterbalance Licence to join our team. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited and its customers, providing a first class service with our team in Ashton (BS3 2HQ).

What You Really Want to Know:

The salary for this role is £24,480.00 (£13.08 per hour)
This is based on a 36 hour working week
A Counterbalance Licence is mandatory but Order Skill would be a great bonus.
Security Clearance is required for this position
20 days plus Bank Holidays
The working week is Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 16:00 and Friday 7:30 to 12.30.

A day in the life as a FLT Driver for Menzies Distribution might include any of the following:

Picking and putting away pallets in the warehouse
Secure picked product onto pallets for forward transportation.
Correctly check documentation and delivery paperwork..
Comply with safe working practices at all times.
Undertake any other reasonable job instruction to support the supply of a quality service to the customer.
General Housekeeping Duties.
