Machine Operator

We are working with a well-established engineering business in Braintree that due to growth, is looking to recruit a number of additional roles.

It has a large regular order book, but also undertakes regular bespoke architectuaral projects for clients. In the past, they have also done one-off projects including the Cenotaph War Memorial in London

They are looking to recruit a Machine Operator who will assist in the day to day production in the site.

The organisation has ambitious plans to grow its production over the new few years, so there will be plenty of scope for career development and is happy to support any personal development/training required to do this.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a mechanical engineering environment and working with machinery.

They are prepared to pay a salary of £11.52-£12.22 per hour. Equating to £23,400-£24,800.

The company also pays an attendance bonus of £2k pa and usually awards a profit-related bonus of £1k pa. Overtime is paid on weekdays and saturdays at 1.5x and 2x on sundays.
