This job is for;
24 -36 hr day and night contract
Melbourne House Care Home is a family run business with 23 beds.
As a care worker, you will work with the residents closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes. Becoming a friend and having fun with them is one of the most important parts of the role.
Duties will include:
Ensuring health and wellbeing of residents.
Providing personal care and emotional support.
Participating in stimulating activities.
Involving residents in a person centred approach.

The Ideal Candidate:
A background of working win care is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided. More important are;

All staff are to ware masks during their shifts and visors when helping with personal care. Routine screening for covid is provided once a week and staff are given LFD to carry out before they attend work
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Llanelli, SA14 6SP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
