We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to provide support to our growing sales department within the organisation.
The position can be based either at our site in Rhymney, Tredegar or our site in Carmarthen.
The right candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You must be flexible with a "can do" attitude with the work provided or asked of you.
Duties will include:
- Communication with customers and vendors via telephone and email
- Liaise with internal departments
- Carrying out pre-acceptance of waste
- Quotations
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Sales canvassing work
- Preparing schedules and reports to meet deadlines for contacts, managers and directors as requested
- Other general administrative duties as and when required
- Answering the telephone and emails
- Customer visits
- Updating CRM packages
The candidate is likely to have:
- Outstanding attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
- Flexibility to meet changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure
- Admin experience and experience with Microsoft packages is essential for this role
- Availability to travel to visit customer sites
The hours will be between 8am and 5pm, however, as part of the team you will be expected to cover other admin shifts during periods of sickness and annual leave.
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
