Customer Test Drive and Handover Specialist

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Test Drive and Handover Specialist to join their business based out of their Toyota Enfield Dealership.

This is a new and exciting position that will provide a huge customer focus through the sales process. As a Test Drive and Handover Specialist to join our busy showroom team to help delight our customers so that they always receive the very best experience when they visit us to collect their new vehicle.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an exceptional ability to go above and beyond and provide the best service and convert this in to a sale.

About the Role as a Test Drive and Handover Specialist

· Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience but working together as a strong team

· Through planning and communication with the Car Sales Executive to ensure that our customers have the best test drive experience to guide them towards the best product/service supporting them in their decision making.

· Provide a tailored handover experience for each customer, ensuring customers have had a full introduction to all specifications available within their vehicle

· Your communication is key and listening to customers helps you to build rapport and understands fully their complete requirements for all their mobility needs.

· Provides accurate information at all times for all customers including timely and accurate communications leading up to their vehicle delivery

· Ensures that you maintain a continual dialogue with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, always ensuring a personal service.

· Representing the brand in a professional way.

· Upselling all addons and benefits of the car and other alternatives.

About You

· Excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people, with a professional manner.

· Strong communication skills

· Looking to delivery exceptional customer service in the modern way of a Test Drive and Handover Specialist

· Eager to get into the automotive sector

· Good work ethic to develop good product knowledge and to create, maintain and develop relationships.

· Hold a full valid UK driving license
