Mayfair Casino Ltd Operates London's friendliest casino. We acquired our first casino, Horizons in Leicester Square in 2018; Horizons was the original casino in Leicester Square, and has operated there for over 30 years. We continually seek to deliver and improve upon our guests’ experience; along with looking after our team! We are looking for a Gaming Waiter or Waitress to join us!

This will be a dual role, serving on the Gaming Floor and in the Bar on allocated shifts.

Main Duties include:

To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
To ensure good communication with all your colleagues and superiors
To maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverages
To clear and reset tables on the Casino Floor
To maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the Casino Floor
To carry out any reasonable requests made by the Head Chef
To be on the floor in uniform and well groomed for the start of your shift
To be in full uniform at all times whilst on duty
To report any customer complaints to the Manager on duty
To be competent in the use of the Tevalis system at all stages of service (training given)
To restock and maintain the cleanliness of the still room
To complete cleaning schedules

Bar Duties

To ensure that bar is stocked to par levels at allocated times
Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations
Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and waiting team members
To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
To maintain Company standards at all times
Opening and closing procedures
Carry out any reasonable request made by Management
To adhere to all legal requirements and procedures set by banking institutions and credit card companies.
