Are you a talented and driven Recruiter looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Maverick. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to our organisation's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements
  • Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks to ensure the suitability of candidates
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong ability to assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Any experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
