Sales Assistant

Sales Associate – Luxury watch business

We have a rare opportunity to join our expert sales team in our luxury pre owned watch business. We buy and sell modern and vintage watches from brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Patek Phillipe, Audemars Piguet and many more of the world’s most desirable timepieces. The focus of this role is customer service from initial enquiry to through to purchase, and after care. Outstanding customer service and experience is at the heart of our brand. This role will be based in our newest store in the Prestigious Burlington Arcade in Mayfair.

Responsibilities:

· Greeting customers

· Replying to sales enquiries through various channels

· Following up with customers

· Stock management

· Social media updating

· Ensuring the window displays and sales floor are presentable

· Motivated to reach and exceed sales targets

Required experience and attributes:

· Positive and friendly attitude

· Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

· An interest in watches and an appetite to gain and continually enhance product knowledge

· Team player

· Presentable and professional

· Some previous retail experience with high-end products

· Experience in the watch retail industry desirable but not essential

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
