The role

The Associate Product Manager is a new role in a centralised customer experience team. Reporting into the Product Manager, the APM supports in managing the roll out of a global B2C product portfolio across mobile, web, email, and SMS communications.

The Associate Product Manager will work with international stakeholders, gathering requirements related to customer communications & messaging (email / SMS / push) and ensuring that these requirements are understood & briefed into production teams.

The Associate Product Manager will also support the Product Manager on the continuous improvement of both the digital and mobile suite of products.

As Associate Product Manager, you will:

· Develop a strong understanding for both customer and stakeholder (market) requirements related to product development & customer communications / messaging.

· Gather and document requirements from international stakeholders.

· Collaborate with Production and Data teams to brief in new requirements related to the products – these can include requirements related to customer communications via email & SMS.

· Showcase and champion products to Country Managers and Commercial teams, bringing data and customer journeys to life, and workshopping how these products can be used in markets.

· Define and deliver new processes and workflows, running proof-of-concept campaigns.

· Manage project schedules, requirements and impacts.

· Set up analysis for performance measurement, briefing data teams on post campaign analysis.

· Support technical teams with user research and testing.

· Identify and report bugs related to mobile products.

To apply, you should have

· Worked as an Assistant Product Manager, Marketing Executive, Content Manager or similar in a global enterprise.

· Experience working on digital / mobile products or communications in a customer-facing (B2C) environment.

· Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience, ideally in an international setting.

· Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and commercial teams.

· A data-driven approach to product development.

· Awareness of UX best-practice.

· Knowledge of A/B testing, product communications / messaging (email and SMS) is desirable.
