This is a Part-Time position. Pay rate is as per minimum wage relative to age.

We at Martin Bros. Micropizzeria are looking for an enthusiastic and determined front of house staff member to join our busy restaurant on Clarendon Park Rd in Leicester. We require someone who has the passion to provide customers with a great experience, hard working and has great initiative in the restaurant environment.

High energy, a passion to learn and positive attitude will be highly appreciated!

What we’re looking for:

Hard working attitude who will work well with other team members.

Communicate and understand the needs of our customers.

Have at least 1 years' experience in a similar environment.

Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.

Be flexible and willing to adapt to business needs and hours.

Experience in a customer facing role.

Experience and understanding of the craft beer industry.

Experience with front of house duties.

Have an understanding of Food Hygiene regulations.

Based on a 8-12 hour working week. including evenings on Fridays, Saturdays and occasional Wednesdays to help cover for days off.
