The Role

We are seeking a Aftersales Administrator Assistant to join Marshall Motor Group’s Audi dealership in Wimbledon. This is key role within the service team, and a fantastic and exciting opportunity to be part of a prestige dealership and start your career with Audi and Marshall Motor Group.

This role is a full time permanent position working on a Monday to Friday basis.

What experience do I need?

We are looking to speak to you if you have had previous demonstrable experience within a customer interaction role, where you have been self managing your own workload and ideally with some administration or bookings experience.

What will I do on a daily basis?

Take incoming telephone queries, make and take customer bookings.

Ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the time their vehicle is with us.

Meet and greet the customers and support the Service Team where necessary.

Create invoices and jobcards and ensure the bookings diary is up to date.
