Marquee Erector/Labourer

We are looking to take on seasonal staff for a busy summer period from the end of May.

We are mainly looking for riggers/labourers who can work under site foreman, experience is preferred but full training will be given for the right candidates who do not have experience.

We would also be interested in anyone who has extensive experience within the industry and/or candidates with HGV license.

Pay will be £11.50-£15.00 basic and depends on age, driving qualifications and experience. For the top rate of pay we would expect the candidate to have at least 3 years experience and be capable of running their own team. Pay is 50% more on weekends and bank holidays.

Setting up marquees, furniture and associated equipment is an extremely physically demanding job. People looking for a standard 9-5 or reliable start and finish times should not apply, we welcome people willing to work hard, who expect long hours and want a decent pay packet in return.

It is a fantastic job for people who like working outside and enjoy keeping themselves fit.

We are based in Shrivenham and days typically start at 7am and end around 6pm but can be 12 hour + days on occasion. Therefore transport to and from our place of work is preferred but we do have a number of staff already travelling in from various areas if this is an issue.
