Fabricator

Permanent, Full Time, 39 hour per week, 1pm finish on Fridays

Marcol Plastics are inviting applicants to apply to join our in-house fabrication team in our specialised plastic fabrication warehouse in Nailsea, Bristol BS48 1JJ.

The type of fabrication we do is very specialist, so we are looking to take on people with the view to give full training in all aspects of the work we do.

We are a small company started in 1990 which have carved out a niche for expert industrial and bespoke plastic fabrications with big name clients across many sectors. We are looking to expand and capitalise on a recent investment of a top-of-the-line CNC to our workshop with additions to our team, so we are looking to train you to handle the variety of work we have come through.

Initially, you would start training in the basic fabrication techniques such as plastic tacking and welding and would work on our regular repeat work fabricating to master the skills. Once the basics have been mastered, we would be looking to train you further to the more advanced fabrication work on more complex projects.

A successful candidate should be hard working, flexible with a willingness to learn.

We're currently looking to take on at least 2 people, The salary will be dependent on the candidate but will be very competitive, with good opportunity to increase it as the training progresses.
