About The Job

We’re looking for a passionate mid-weight Digital Designer to join our creative team working on direct-to-consumer and partner marketing campaigns for our Da Vinci TV Channels and Apps. You’ll be reporting to the Creative Team Manager and working closely with the Creative Director on projects from early concept stages right through to delivery.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a passionate digital designer to join our creative team. We’d like someone that is excited by the idea of being in a small company with limited resources aiming to be the best. Conversationally articulate with the confidence to share ideas and work with colleagues and an inspiring mind who will help us cultivate an amazing team. It’s key that you’ll have a calm and approachable attitude to work even when under pressure with the ability to stay focussed on a task even when juggling multiple requests.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Monthly Marketing Campaigns

  • Ideation sketches and mock ups for Key Visuals, occasional Storyboarding, pixel perfect designs for Partner Deliverables and Social media artwork support

  • Da Vinci Product Requirements (digital design for In-App and App Store promotions, Website visuals for landing pages, CRM marketing materials for email campaigns)

  • VOD Content Tiles to promote our shows across various platforms.

  • Support our surrounding teams with Google Slides and PPT Decks


What we offer

  • Full-time permanent position

  • Salary: GBP 35-40K depending on experience

  • An entrepreneurial, international work environment

  • Hybrid work and flexible working hours

  • The ability to work abroad anytime for up to 90 days in every 180 day period. (Benefit given after successful 3-month probationary period)

  • 25 holidays + 5 non-working Fridays in summer


A Must for this role:

  • As we work within a hybrid environment we’re looking for someone who will be motivated when working remotely and willing to be in the office in London at least once per week

  • 3 years+ experience within a similar role, in-house or agency
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating your approach to digital design, promotional and marketing.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to deliver to a brief in an efficient way.

  • Strong skills in composition, colour and typography.

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

  • You’ll need to have experience in ideation, understand how to articulate an idea and present it to the creative team, refine a design based on feedback and deliver a quality end result.

  • Communicate with project managers often, creating open dialogue about projects and progress.

  • Experience using tools such as Asana would be a bonus

  • Unrestricted work authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
