Housekeeper/Cleaner (Serviced Accommodation)

M-GroupSA is Serviced Accommodation company based in the heart of Newport. We provide high end apartments and houses for guests, whether they’re staying with us for a week or long term.
We are looking for Housekeeper's to join our team and provide excellent customer service for our guests at our properties across South Wales and South West.

***We are looking for Drivers and Non Drivers***

Responsibilities include changing all linen and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning the kitchen area and living space. You will also address guests queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean and always inviting. As well as this, you will also support with any miscellaneous tasks the Commercial Director has which involves the properties, moving furniture, changing lightblubs etc. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:
- Change bed linen and make beds.
- Replace used towels.
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Clean all kitchen appliances including induction hobs
- Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo)
- Replenish cleaning products (e.g., dishwasher tablets)
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs to MGroupSA manager
- Address guests’ queries (e.g., additional services)

Requirements

- Driving license is ideal (2 years of driving experience)
- Full training will be given, experience isn't necessary
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards and expectations.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Average shift could be between 4-8hrs dependant on occupancy

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
