What Are We Looking For?

Are you a brilliant communicator with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for people like you to join Third Party Claims team as Claims Resolution Consultants. This role is a hybrid working role that can be based in Bournemouth or Leeds.

The salary for this role is £22,000 for 35 hours per week and increases after successful probation.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll spend your time dealing with our customer claims where they are at fault for the accident. You’ll have your own caseload that you’ll manage from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible supporting the customer and settling the third parties claim.

You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service, and you’ll also be an empathetic listener who can adapt your style to get the best outcome for your customers. Previous experience is great, but what’s more important is attitude, work ethic and great communications skills. We’re looking for brilliant team players, so if you’re proactive, constructive and organised, we’d love to hear from you

Working Pattern

Training will start on the 9th May and will be completed Virtually Monday - Friday on a hybrid basis, meaning there may be some requirements to attend the office during your training

After your training has been completed

You’ll work 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. Hours include 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Hybrid Work Model

You will be required in the office a minimum of 2 days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days.
