Housekeeping Supervisor

We are recruiting for a full time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our housekeeping team.

40 hours per week
Working 5 days out of 7

Weekend and bank holiday working is required.

Key responsibilities:

Allocating housekeeping daily assignments and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner through checking, supervising, and carrying out re-coaching where appropriate.
Checking daily arrivals and ensuring guest’s requests/traces are dealt with in a timely manner.
Daily Inspection of all Clean/arrival/stayover rooms in designated area. Arrival rooms by 3pm.
Log all Lost Property found in guest rooms daily in a timely manner ready for collection.
To be well presented at all times and ensure housekeeping staff are well groomed and wearing their correct uniform in accordance with Company uniform standards.
Delivering “On Job” training to housekeeping employees.
Compile Public Area daily assignment sheets.

What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a housekeeping role is essential.
Competent using email and Microsoft office
Enthusiasm, dedication and the ability to work in a team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
