Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.

Job Description:

We are looking for Plumbers who have experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and repair.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality and code compliance
• Emergency water leaks
• General heating and plumbing issues
• Installation of new sinks, toilets, baths
• Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes and regulations

- Experience in domestic, social and private housing

- Driving License and own tools (essential)

- Seeking engineers within the M25 and greater London

Qualification and Skills:

• GCSE or equivalent
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating
• CSCS Card
• UK Driving Licence (required)
• Minimum 3 years experience in domestic plumbing an heating (required)
