Water Meter Reader

We are looking for individuals to join a growing team of Water Meter Readers working on behalf of the UK’s leading energy suppliers obtaining accurate readings at customers’ properties.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Visiting residential, commercial, and industrial sites to obtain Water Utility meter readings.
• Carry out visual inspections of associated metering equipment.
• Recording all information obtained on an electronic device.
• The role requires the successful candidate to undertake work involving Working at Height and Feed-In Tariff.

The Requirements of the role are as follows:

• A Driving Licence entitling you to drive in the UK with no more than 6 points.
• Use of your own vehicle with business insurance & current MOT (if applicable)
• Excellent customer service skills with a flexible approach to tasks & working hours.
• Open to working in all weather conditions.
• Ideally prior experience in a similar background.

This is a permanent role, full time, offering 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with a £11.32 per hour rate plus benefits:
