Lovehoney is going through an exciting phase of growth, which brings along the need to scale their internal development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible forfacilitating the Scrum ceremonies for the back end & integration teams within the tech department. Ensuring that Agile methodologies are being followed to enable incremental delivery of enhancements and optimisation of internal Lovehoneybusiness processes.

Key Responsbilities:

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily stand ups, Retro’s, refinements and reviews)
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Track team velocity and progress to empower Delivery Manager and Head of Department in Roadmap planning
• Educate and guide development teams on Agile principles
• Help manage product backlog

Skills & Qualifications:

• You have 4+ years of relevent experience
• You have proven experience utilising Agile principles for Technical delivery
• You have knowledge of the Scrum Framework and experience working in a sprint based environment
• You have experience with acting as a servant leader and coaching
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process bottlenecks and risks
• You have a good understanding of Front end and Back end technologies
• If you have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud/OMS a bonus
