Python Developer - Various seniorities Permanent London, Manchester, Bristol & Edinburgh offices.

We are currently working with of the UK's largest banks on a large scale project to double their Software Engineering teams over the next 12-18 months for the London, Manchester, Bristol & Edinburgh offices.

The Role:

• Using automations to solve problems and enthuse others to see the benefit of your work.
• Carry out developments to agreed success criteria aligned with the business needs.
• Look for opportunities to use business systems across other functions in the business.
• Follow Agile sprint methodology.
• Conduct research from which you'll develop prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Represent IT in development project meetings and take ownership of tasks.
• Stay up to date with latest technology, techniques and methods.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Python Developer role will have relevant experience of:

• Excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL & Python.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Logically minded, liking to use data and evidence to support findings.
• Task orientated, ability to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs.
