Permanent: Creative Manager (Art Direction & Design) - Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 London (Hybrid Working)

The Company:

Want to be the Creative Manager (Art Direction & Design) for one of the most recognised fashion & retail brands on the planet? Of course, you would! This is a shop I can guarantee you will have been in, and probably love!

The Role:

As the Creative Manager (Art Direction & Design) you will have a pivotal role in the biggest campaigns of the year!

These are through the line campaigns and you will be a hands on Senior Creative with the added skillset of Art Direction. You will be taking the campaigns look and feel and implementing this across in-store signage, in-store digital screens, advertising, digital, video & social media. All campaigns are multi-channel.

The Person:

As the Creative Manager (Art Direction & Design) you will have strong hands on design skills, including a solid understanding across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro), strong typography skills, storyboarding, and scamping. An understanding of film, moving images and advertising is highly beneficial.

You will have strong Art Direction skills with an ability to concept shoots, understand tone of voice, look & feel (in-store & online) and running shoots. You will be working closely with Producers, external agencies & production houses so strong Stakeholder Management is key. You will need to have strong 360 Campaign experience with a FUN portfolio!

You will have experience working within a Retail and/or fashion brand and have a strong understanding of delivering high-profile through the line campaigns.
