Lords Care Recruit is the leading Healthcare agency based in Staffordshire, Hereford, Preston and now extended its operations to Edinburgh. We are looking for Healthcare Assistants and Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Edinburgh. If you are flexible, and can commit to regular hours we can offer you shifts around Edinburgh city Immediately. Experience is required.

We have full and part time Health Care Assistant vacancies offering 6-12 hour shifts, days and nights. Our Health Care Assistants receive excellent rates of pay and flexible hours.
- Supporting Vulnerable Adults
- Assistance with individual’s personal care
- Mobility and transfer assistance / support
- Daily encouragement and support activities
- Record keeping - documenting factual, non-judgemental information
- Report to senior staff on duty for handover’s
- Abide by any health and safety requirements within the setting and in line with current legislation
- Assistance and encouragement with Nutritional and Dietary needs
- Work within a team and on an individual basis as and when required
- Promote Independence, privacy, dignity, confidentiality, respect and fulfilment must be all times
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player
- Satisfactory Policy and Trainings Check
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
Desired:
- Previous experience of working with the relevant care groups
- NVQ Level 2 in Care
